• ​Our International courier service is suitable for items below 30kg and below 150cm in total of length, depth and height of box (If your item or box is more than 30kg and exceed 150cm in total of length, depth and height, we will need to provide you the quotation (estimated cost) based on your information)

• Volumetric weight calculation

- Shipment will be charged according to its statistical weight or volumetric weight (Length x Width x Height / 6000, cm), whichever is greater.

- Shipment will also be charged according to volume (called cubic metre, Length x Width x Height, m)

​

The calculation is always based on the following equation regardless of whether you are paying for the weight or the space.

Eg ①: Size of a box (Length: 120cm, Width: 100cm, Height: 90cm, Weight: 40kg)

- Statistical weight is 40kg

- Volumetric weight is 180kg - (Calculation: 120 x 100 x 90 / 6000 = 180)

- Volume: 1.08 cbm  - (Calculation: 1.2 x 1 x 0.9 = 1.08)

Eg ②: Size of a mattress (Length: 200cm, Width: 165cm, Height: 24cm, Weight: 20kg

- Statistical weight is 20kg

- Volumetric weight is 132kg - (Calculation: 200 x 165 x 24 / 6000 = 132)

- Volume: 0.80 cbm - (Calculation: 2 x 1.65 x 0.24 = 0.792)
